I’m not normally a stressed packer but the fact that I can’t just run out and get whatever I’ve forgotten is causing my stomach to flip. The LAN airline baggage restrictions are a bit unrealistic for those traveling on to Antarctica. You can’t simply pay additional fees for oversized or overstuffed baggage – the bags won’t be allowed on the plane -PERIOD. Hoping I can do laundry because with all the gear that is required I’m only packing 2 changes of clothes. I may stink but at least I’ll have my camera gear – that is if I didn’t forget anything!
